Arthur Stanley House
Arthur Stanley House has been successfully refurbished and completed, with the finished space celebrating the building’s original character while delivering a modern, high-quality working environment. The 52,000 sq ft building retains its exposed concrete columns, original wooden parquet flooring, and benefits from excellent natural daylight throughout.
A key design feature is the ceiling finish, where original concrete and terracotta surfaces are paired with exposed chrome services and matt black LED lighting. This creates a contemporary aesthetic that complements and enhances the building’s heritage.

Following successful installation, Smartec was awarded a three-year maintenance contract. We continue to maintain all installed systems, supported by our cloud-based CRM portal, providing the client with clear visibility, streamlined asset management, and ongoing compliance confidence.
