Project Overview
A hotel dwelling consists of 20 floors and a rooftop area. Total of 164 high-end guest rooms restaurants, bars, gym, office space & a rooftop infinity pool interconnection to neighbouring phases through the basement and roof areas. The requirement to connect fire detection system to adjoining phases and the future master command centre in Phase 1 then 2.
