Smartec were awarded the full design, installation and commissioning of the Gent Fire detection and AOV controls. The installation consists of a network of Gent Vigilon panels controlling all smoke and AOV controls throughout all residential bocks.

Project Overview
Chatham Waters is a new multiblock building of 199 luxury apartments in Kent overlooking the historic Chatham Dockyard. The dwelling boasts a large modern courtyard above ground floor and close proximity to bars and restaurants.
